Insight Mobile offers a range of templates that allow you to get started straight away. Thanks to the low-code approach, you can also tailor these templates even more specifically to your requirements. What’s more, you can add new use cases quickly and easily. Our standard templates are:
Using the order processing system, supervisors can quickly and easily create tasks and assign them to groups. Technicians in the relevant group then assign these tasks to themselves and carry them out independently.
They also record and document their feedback directly in the mobile app, for example in the form of time recording, damage analysis and comments.
This template provides technicians with targeted support in carrying out routine tasks. All relevant information regarding inspections and rounds is available at all times, so technicians always know where they are and what tasks are due. They can also record measurement values easily and work through checklists efficiently.
The knowledge management template provides you with a historical overview of fault rectifications. Using root cause analysis, you can draw conclusions that help resolve new problems. This not only enables you to resolve issues more quickly, but also to better estimate the resources required for repairs.
With the Site Explorer, you can also scan an asset’s QR code or barcode. This allows you to retrieve all relevant information, such as the fault history, scheduled jobs and other details, and gain a complete overview of the asset.
The comprehensive stock enquiry function for the warehouse also provides you with a quick overview of the spare parts required, regardless of your location – and across all warehouses.
This template simplifies stocktaking by supporting various methods, such as the fixed-date or random sampling approach. The system reconciles the counted stock in the background with the target figures and notifies the employee immediately in the event of any discrepancies. The employee then recounts the stock and confirms the figure. This helps you avoid unnecessary journeys and speeds up the stocktaking process.
Furthermore, the template simplifies the process of debiting stock. Staff issue materials, transfer them between locations or return them, and post them in line with consumption. This ensures that the system debits the warehouse and accounts correctly.
Thanks to the simple integration of various back-end systems, you can also work in two systems with a single login – for example, in an ERP system for warehouse management and in an EAM system for order processing.
The Service Desk template allows you to record and process reports and faults quickly and easily. By scanning a QR code, the current location or the relevant part of the system is identified straight away, and all relevant information is automatically added to the fault report.
