With Work Order Processing, supervisors can quickly and easily create tasks and assign them to groups. Technicians in the group can then assign and complete these tasks themselves.
In addition, documentation and feedback on tasks in the form of time tracking, damage analysis, and comments can be completed directly in the mobile application.
This template helps technicians perform routine activities. All relevant information for inspections and tours can be accessed at any time, so technicians know where they are and what activities need to be performed. Readings can be recorded easily and checklists can be completed efficiently.
The Knowledge Management template provides a historical view of incidents. This root-cause analysis can be used to draw conclusions about how to solve new problems. As a result, problems can be resolved more quickly and the resources required for repairs can be estimated more accurately.
The Location Explorer also provides the ability to scan an asset’s QR or bar code to view all relevant information, such as failure history, planned orders, and more, for a complete view of the system.
The comprehensive inventory query makes it possible to quickly get an overview of the required spare parts from any location – across all warehouses.
On the one hand, this template simplifies stocktaking and supports various procedures (key date principle, random principle, etc.).
