The OPTIRA Planner forms the foundation of our OPTIRA digital demolition solution. It supports the strategic and operational planning of complex demolition projects. Based on structured project, space, system, and component data, demolition volumes, material quantities, and the resulting resource and time requirements are systematically determined.

The consistent linking of activities, materials, and dependencies results in a robust overall project plan. This enables reliable statements to be made about the project duration, the required capacities, and the expected effort. The Planner thus creates transparency about the entire course of the project at an early stage and serves as a sound basis for forecasts, scheduling, and investment decisions.

OPTIRA OPTIMIZER – Intelligent optimization of time and resources

The OPTIRA Optimizer continuously optimizes the project plans created in the Planner. It analyzes schedules, resource utilization, and relevant dependencies and dynamically adapts them to changing conditions. By simulating different scenarios and alternative courses of action, bottlenecks are identified at an early stage and their effects on deadlines, costs, and capacities are presented transparently.

On this basis, the Optimizer supports the selection of the best planning variant in each case and contributes to the efficient, stable overall execution of the dismantling project. Optimization is based on mathematical methods and ensures a high degree of planning reliability even in complex project structures.

WASTE TRACKER – Transparency from operational implementation

The Waste Tracker establishes the link between planning and operational implementation of our digital dismantling solution. It is used for the structured recording and feedback of relevant actual data from dismantling, material flow, storage, and processing. Quantities, masses, and status information are continuously recorded and fed back into OPTIRA.

This creates an up-to-date and reliable data basis that can be used to review, adjust, and further optimize plans. The Waste Tracker ensures transparency in ongoing project operations and supports realistic, continuous further development of the overall planning.
