Digital inspections of safety-critical assets

One of our project case studies, involving a major European public transport operator, illustrates just how complex such inspection processes can become. Around 5,000 different inspection forms need to be managed reliably across a diverse fleet of vehicles. Individual inspection forms can be up to 75 pages long.

We provide digital support for these inspection processes directly on site. Insight Mobile’s digital checklists guide users through the inspection procedure. Results and photographs are documented immediately, whilst relevant information is available centrally.

Guided processes for greater safety

This is particularly important for safety-critical work: risks and the necessary protective measures can also be taken into account directly within the process. Guided workflows help technicians to carry out their work safely whilst also ensuring greater traceability.
