Customer satisfaction at SPIE RODIAS is also clearly reflected in the 2025 customer survey: a broad base of new and long-standing customers took part – across all product areas. The renewed increase in the response rate is particularly encouraging. It shows how important dialogue with SPIE RODIAS is for our customers.
The six percent increase in our recommendation rate is also a strong signal. For us, this is more than just a key figure – it is a sign of trust and confirms the high level of customer satisfaction at SPIE RODIAS.
Our customers confirm our high service quality and feel well looked after. The availability of our service desk is regularly rated very positively. Our aim and motivation remain to ensure that our service portfolio meets the actual maintenance needs of our customers.
We are particularly pleased with the assessment of our colleagues: their performance level is rated as high to very high across all departments. For years, we have been investing specifically in processes, structures, and skills. Our motto, “We are at your side,” shapes our daily actions.
The results of the survey confirm the high importance of customer satisfaction at SPIE RODIAS. At the same time, we see our customers’ feedback as motivation to continuously develop our services.
