We asked this question again at the end of last year. The results of our customer satisfaction survey for 2024 are now available. A first pleasing result:

We were able to increase the number of participants in our survey by a good 20%. Thank you very much!

The most important aspects from our customers’ perspective are quality, accessibility, service and adherence to deadlines. Overall, the feedback was just as positive as last year. Overall, our customers are very satisfied, which makes us very happy.

We take constructive criticism very seriously. We are continuing to work on improving our service. We are therefore always interested in a lively dialogue. We look forward to receiving your feedback, questions, suggestions and criticism again this year.
