The BG Klinikum Hamburg is one of nine acute clinics in the ‘BG Kliniken’ group of companies. The clinic is a high-performance hospital specialising in trauma and reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, plastic surgery and microsurgery.

The hospital’s technical department is responsible for all real estate, facilities and technology. The internal service provider must have the technical environment fully under control and bears full responsibility for maintenance and servicing.

Preventive, routine maintenance and unscheduled maintenance measures for the relevant systems must be controlled and documented.

The BG Klinikum Hamburg wanted to standardise and optimise the management of its complex systems and diverse medical equipment. The aim was to introduce a single standardised, integrated system that would monitor the quality and functionality of all systems and equipment and provide optimum support for the organisational processes in the technical department.

The solution integrates all data, automates order creation and makes information from numerous hospital departments available across the board.
